All you need to do is click this link: Look Up My Order. Enter your order number below along with your zip code to find your order. Select the damaged item and click "Submit Request". Please print the label, attach to the original packaging and give to your USPS postman. When we receive the items we will contact you.
As soon as we verify the error, we'll promptly issue your refund or replacement, and you'll be taken care of!
